Proof of Vaccination
Proof of full vaccination with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine volition be required for entry for all performances. Patrons unable to be vaccinated will be required to evidence proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the operation or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken inside 24 hours prior to the performance. At home tests are not accepted.
Patrons volition be required to testify a valid ID along with vaccine/test documentation. "Fully vaccinated" ways your performance is at least xiv days after your last vaccine dose. To enter the theatre, please bring a photo ID and proof of vaccination, either your physical vaccination carte du jour, a picture of your vaccination menu, or a digital vaccination record.

Staff will check for proof of vaccination and negative Covid tests at the doors as a status of entry. Additionally, masking is required inside the venue. Patrons and employees will be required to wearable masks, except while actively eating or drinking.
Fully Vaccinated Patrons
A patron vaccinated against COVID-19 past a 2-dose mRNA vaccine (such as Moderna and Pfizer), or a unmarried dose vaccine (such equally Johnson & Johnson), is considered "fully vaccinated" two weeks after the last dose of vaccine (the second dose for a two-dose regimen, or the single dose for a single-dose regimen). Documentation of vaccination condition must exist shown with valid I.D. upon entry to the venue and remain available upon request at any time.
The following are adequate as proof of full vaccination:
- Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date concluding dose administered) OR
- a photo of a vaccination bill of fare as a separate certificate OR
- a photo of the attendee's vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR
- documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record.
In addition to one of the higher up proof of vaccination, patrons must provide matching government issued photograph ID at the door.
Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a wellness care provider cannot exist accepted.
Unvaccinated Patrons
Guests unable to exist vaccinated due to a medical condition or a closely held religious belief, and children under 12 will be required to show proof of a negative Covid test within 72 hours prior to the performance, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to the performance.
